There is a nature preserve about 50 feet from my front door. Who knew there was such an escape from reality SO CLOSE to home?!
Yesterday we took a 6+ mile hike through the woods.
We played in the mud.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet.
We welcomed the escape from reality.
The weather was perfect.
What a fantastic way to enjoy a Monday .. just hanging out in the woods with my boys.
