My day began with power pump and a childhood friend. How's that for a fun Saturday morning? Nothing like new workout buddies.

Lately our beach trips have been few and short lived. A record was set today -- 45 days with temps over 90 degrees. Oh, how I long for the cool weather. Beau agrees.
