Oh, the memories ..

Day 5 -- A picture of your favorite memory:

To say I have one favorite memory would be the biggest fib I've ever told. I'm certain our kids will be shocked that while we were growing up, pictures weren't digital and we actually had to *gasp* wait until they were developed to see them. A lot of the pictures of my favorite memories are stored safely in the hands of my parents. I'm sure it will be hard for our kids to understand that we can't just point, click and drag the picture of our favorite memories onto the computer screen.

My childhood was fantastic, my high school years truly were some of the best days of my life and college was unforgettable. That's not to mention all of the great places I've visited from then until now.

I leave you with one of my most recent favorite memories -- my graduation from Florida State with my BSN.

The girls I spent countless hours with each day, studying, stressing and supporting.

Oh, Mrs. Cuchens. Never could I ever tell you how great of a person she is in just a few words. The relationship you form with your professors in nursing school is quite amazing, THEY are amazing.

Me, so very glad it is over and so very excited for the future. Showing off my graduation present. Excuse the fact that my hair WAS straight before the rain decided to attempt to curl it again.

And here I am today, working the job I have literally dreamed of my entire life. I have been there three years this March. It is STILL such an honor to say that I work in the neonatal intensive care unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital. And for that, I am grateful.
