The happenings of the boys ..

Even though I love how Beau is on high alert when Scott isn't in town, his "mean" bark scares the heck out of me when he all of the sudden goes running downstairs to "get the bad guy". I jump, every time. His ears are so perked up right now, he could probably poke a hole in the ceiling with them. Such a good guard Beau.

Vicious, huh? If they only knew ..

Knox? He won't stay downstairs with me today. One thing you must first understand: This pup does not leave my side. I'm sure you're laughing at me making that statement, while picturing me running down the road chasing him just a few months ago. But, scratch that. While INSIDE the house, this pup does not leave my side.

Generally, I'm not forcing him to be near me.

Side note: neither does Beau. Picture THAT while you're trying to dust or vacuum a house. Yes, they try to pounce on the vacuum and yes, they try to bite at the rag. I love it. Sure, you probably think I'm nuts. But to me, it is what makes life fun. What fun is cleaning, anyway?

Sweet, sweet Beau.

Okay, ready for the "awh" moment? Every time I go upstairs to see what the heck Knox is doing (because Knox = bad) .. he's curled up in a ball on Scott's side of the bed. Yea, pretty ridiculous, huh? Especially since Scott and Knox don't exactly have the most loving relationship in the world. For those of you who don't know, Knox likes to eat Scott's things .. and because of that, Scott doesn't particularly love the dog to pieces, like I do. Knox knows somethin' is up. Dad isn't generally gone for THIS long.

Don't let this fool you! See how
Knox looks like he is wondering what is going on?!

Funny how dogs have that sixth sense .. and scary how smart they really are!

Perfect.
