I strive to make my days memorable, no matter where I am. If I brighten someone's day, I have succeeded. People don't always remember the things you said, but they will ALWAYS remember the way you made them feel. I try to live by those words.
As far as my recent memories, they go like this:
The diaper cake I created for The Richardson Baby #2. I had SO much fun thanks to lots of advice and support from Heidi and Laura. As Kristina said, it was very "me"! I was proud of how I pulled it all together. Rather darling, if you ask me!
I loved all of the little details. Congratulations Becky, Matthew and Wayne! We can't wait to meet the little one!
Brandon and I had fun at Becky and Matthew's shower. I love spending time with that boy. He's pretty darn great.
My pups do an awfully good job at keeping me safe and snuggled when Scott is at drill.
They also do an awfully good job of thinking they rule the house. Wait, maybe they do.
This is my parent's home with my grandfather's flag flying on Memorial Day. It will be back this weekend for the Fourth of July. It leaves me with a warm feeling every time I see it.
Our ducks .. come to think of it, they haven't been around lately! :(
Shane and Alicia's wedding .. we're SO happy for the three of you! :)
Bowling with old friends. Bowling is always fun and well, old friends? Always makes me wonder why in the world they became "old" friends in the first place!
